MATTHEW DURACK    Managing Director Matthew has coupled a career in veterinary medicine, engineering research and water policy development with 25 years of executive management of Stahmann Farms culminating in a management buyout in 2008.  Since this time his focus has been on establishing SFE as The Australian Tree Nut Company – a goal which he plans to keep him busy for many years to come. JEFF DODD    Director Jeff has also worked within the SFE business for over 20 years as well as establishing his own business ventures in food marketing and food processing and equipment sales.  Jeff was a 50% partner in the original management buy out and since this time has focused on our internal processing capability as well as our external relationships with suppliers of NIS Australia wide. ROSS BURLING    Director As General Manager of our processing division Ross has spearheaded our drive for quality and efficiency while building our capacity as Australia’s NIS processing specialist with capacity in Pecan, Macadamia and Walnut processing as well as our extensive value adding and retail packaging capabities.  Now as a shareholder in SFE he plans to secure and build on these assets further.
