Organic Pool - Macadamia Growers

At Stahmann Farms we understand very well what it takes to grow macadamias organically. We successfully converted our 60 acre pecan farm, Las Piedras, near Gatton to organic status before selling the property in 2008. That, after paving the way for organic farming through the development of an integrated pest management methodology for tree crops in Australia in the 1990s.

We know that organic farming takes effort, patience and investment – and above all a great commitment – to best practice natural farming methods, and we recognise that growers who achieve and maintain organic status have to right to expect a fair return for their efforts.

Our processing plant in Toowoomba has been accredited for organics since 1992 and since then we have handled organic nuts for dozens of dedicated growers.

Today we continue to work with a number of organic growers Australia wide to bring their high quality product to the market. If you want to join us in the Stahmann Organic Macadamia Pool, there really is no better spot to be.
