Citrus Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
1x20cm baked Sweet Pie Shell

Filling:
60g butter
Grated rind 1 orange
½ cup soft brown sugar
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons honey
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1½ cups Pecan halves

Method:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy - add honey and eggs alternately. Stir in grated rinds, spread into pastry case and sprinkle over the Pecans. Cook in 190 degrees C oven for 15-20 minutes, or until set and golden.
