Spicy Pecan Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 cup non fat yoghurt
  • 1 large clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ tspn ground cardamon
  • 1 tspn chilli powder
  • ¼ tspn cinnamon
  • 6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans

Method

Fold garlic, cardamon, chilli and cinnamon into yoghurt. Marinate chicken in this mixture 4 hours or overnight. Place in casserole, spoon over marinade, sprinkle top with Pecans. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. 

Baste occasionally. Serve with green salad.
