Lemon Sauce

• 1 tbspn polyunsaturated margarine
• 1 tbspn flour
• 1 ½ cups chicken stock
• Juice of a large lemon
• Freshly ground pepper 

Method

Melt margarine in saucepan and stir in flour. Cook gently for a few minutes, add chicken stock, lemon juice and pepper. Bring to boil stirring constantly and then simmer for a few minutes. Serve immediately.
