Pecan Tuna Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
  • 1 x 170gm can tuna (no added salt) drained and flaked
  • 2 tbspns non-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tbspn chopped parsley
  • 2 tbspns chopped shallots or onion
  • ½ cup chopped Pecans
  • Approx. 25 small mushroom caps

Method

Brush insides of mushrooms with low calorie French dressing. Combine stuffing ingredients and fill mushrooms. Approx. 1 teaspoon per mushroom. 

If desired may be heated in oven for a few minutes only.
