Cucumber Pecan Dip
Ingredients:
125g  cream cheese 2 tbspns finely chopped chives
½ cup thickened cream ½ tspn salt
½ medium sized cucumber,  freshly ground black pepper to taste
   peeled and finely chopped 4 drops Tabasco sauce
¼ cup chopped Pecans

Method:

Beat the cream cheese until smooth.  Blend in the remaining ingredients and allow to chill for several hours.  This allows the flavours to develop.  Spoon into a serving dish and serve with crisp, fresh vegetables cut into chunky pieces for dipping, or crisp cracker biscuits.
