Omega 3
Walnuts are a source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) or plant Omega 3’s.
The Adequate Intake (AI) for an adult male is 1.3g/day. Walnuts contain 144% per serve of the AI for men in every handful (30g).1

Walnuts are rich in healthy polyunsaturated fats, plus have a low proportion of saturated fat. Polyunsaturated fats are necessary for maintaining heart health.2
